The protagonists of these stories, each of which has a unique, distinct flavour and spontaneity, have shown such extraordinary courage in standing by their convictions as to virtually challenge the witness value of the Faith lived by most cradle Catholics. Furthermore, the very lives of the converts concerned clearly prove that lollypop conversions don’t exist, unwittingly mocking those who brand conversion from one religion to another as the fruit of allurement or human manipulation.
